LAYBY/ AFTERPAY
We offer lay-by on all orders over $100. Please send us an email and we will send through our payment options. Alternatively, we also offer Afterpay.
PRODUCT NOT QUITE RIGHT?
Fault or damage
If in the rare situation one of our products is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We are more than willing to provide a refund for the item on receipt of the original item being posted back to us. You may opt for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you opt for a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be returned to your account. When returning an item we highly recommend you use a tracked service. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided on items we do not receive.
Returns/Change of Mind
Unfortunately, due to the custom hand made nature of all of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products due to change of mind.
Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
I LOVE IT BUT YOU'VE SOLD OUT!
Sometimes we sell out of a popular item, but we will endeavour to restock as soon as possible.  If you do see an item out of stock that you are interested in, please contact us and we will inform you when it is due back in stock.
POSTAGE
We offer a flat rate of $7.95 for most items sent within Australia. This will also provide you with a tracking number if needed. 
International shipping is available to selected countries. 
Free shipping is offered on all rug purchases. If additional items are purchased, they may be shipped separately and have an additional shipping charge.
Winston and Grace accepts no responsibility for lost parcels but will supply you with relevant tracking numbers where possible.
CUSTOMS TAX
Please note, international orders may attract a customs tax/fees. The customer is responsible for this payment. Products may not be returned or refunded due to any issues arising due to their countries custom tax.
